These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Northpoint GolfSuite, its websites, software, AI assistant, booking tools, communication features, and related services (collectively, “GolfSuite”).
GolfSuite is operated by Northpoint Web Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using GolfSuite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GolfSuite.
1. GolfSuite Services
GolfSuite may provide features including:
- Golf-course information and website content.
- Tee-time requests and reservation tools.
- Event, league, tournament, or program registration.
- Scorekeeping and leaderboard features.
- Food, beverage, merchandise, or service ordering.
- AI-assisted website navigation and customer support.
- Contact requests and human customer support.
- Administrative email and text-message alerts.
- Other course-management and communication tools.
Available features vary by website and organization.
2. Separate Golf-Course Terms
Individual golf courses, schools, municipalities, clubs, and other organizations may use GolfSuite to provide their services. Those organizations may establish separate rules concerning:
- Tee-time availability.
- Pricing and payments.
- Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows.
- Course conduct and dress.
- Weather closures.
- Events, leagues, tournaments, and eligibility.
- Food, beverage, and merchandise orders.
- Accessibility and facility use.
When you transact with an organization using GolfSuite, that organization—not GolfSuite’s software provider—is generally responsible for providing the underlying golf, recreation, food, retail, or facility service.
3. Accounts and Submitted Information
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, making a reservation, submitting a form, or requesting support.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your account credentials.
- Activity occurring under your account.
- Informing the website operator promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
- Ensuring that information submitted about other players or participants is provided with proper authority.
You may not impersonate another person or submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
4. Reservations, Purchases, and Payments
A reservation request is not guaranteed until it is accepted or confirmed by the applicable organization.
Prices, availability, taxes, fees, refund policies, and cancellation requirements are determined by the organization providing the underlying service. GolfSuite does not guarantee that displayed availability or pricing will remain unchanged until a transaction is confirmed.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Use of that provider may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.
5. AI Assistant
GolfSuite may include an AI assistant intended to help visitors locate information and understand available services.
The AI assistant:
- May generate incomplete, outdated, or incorrect responses.
- Does not independently create binding reservations, prices, guarantees, or official policies.
- Should not be used for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.
- May decline to answer when reliable information is unavailable.
- May transfer or expose a conversation to an authorized human representative for review and response.
Important information should be confirmed directly with the applicable golf course or organization.
Messages submitted to the AI assistant may be stored, processed by an AI provider, reviewed by authorized staff, and used to provide operational conversation alerts as explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Text Messaging Terms
Current administrative messaging
GolfSuite may send operational text alerts to a telephone number configured by an authorized website administrator. These alerts may report that a visitor has begun or continued an AI-assistant conversation or requested follow-up.
The administrator is responsible for supplying a telephone number they control and are authorized to enroll. These messages are operational notifications and are not currently offered as a recurring customer marketing program.
Future optional customer messaging
GolfSuite does not currently enroll website visitors in recurring customer text messages.
If a customer-facing messaging program is introduced, a person will be enrolled only after providing separate affirmative consent. Consent to receive text messages will not be a condition of purchase.
The applicable enrollment disclosure will identify:
- The business or program sending the messages.
- The categories of messages the recipient may receive.
- The expected message frequency.
- The statement that message and data rates may apply.
- Instructions for obtaining assistance.
- Instructions for withdrawing consent.
Message frequency may vary according to the service or program selected.
Recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests will be honored as required by applicable law and messaging-provider rules. One final confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, device compatibility, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Email Communications
By providing an email address in connection with a reservation, account, transaction, or support request, you authorize service-related email communications concerning that activity.
Marketing emails, if offered, will be subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use GolfSuite to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Harass, threaten, deceive, or harm another person.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or networks.
- Introduce malware, automated attacks, scraping tools, or disruptive code.
- Interfere with GolfSuite’s operation or another person’s use.
- Circumvent security, access, rate, or usage restrictions.
- Use the AI assistant to obtain or expose confidential or sensitive information.
- Resell or copy GolfSuite except under a separate written license.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Intellectual Property
GolfSuite’s software, designs, branding, documentation, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Golf-course names, logos, content, and other materials supplied by participating organizations remain the property of their respective owners.
No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue GolfSuite features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Services may be affected by maintenance, internet failures, hosting problems, carrier interruptions, third-party outages, security events, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Third-Party Services
GolfSuite may integrate with or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, artificial-intelligence providers, communications providers, mapping services, website hosts, and golf-course systems.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLFSUITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST RESERVATIONS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING FROM GOLFSUITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM GOLFSUITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, EXCEPT WHERE A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of GolfSuite, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to GolfSuite for violations of these Terms, security risks, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or misuse.
Provisions that logically should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and indemnification provisions—will continue to apply.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in [COUNTY], Utah.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
